The TV Production company behind smash shows such as BLIND DATE and WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE are casting for a BRAND NEW DATING SHOW that will turn the traditional dating concept on its head!

We are on the lookout for amazing SINGLE GIRLS and SINGLE GUYS to take part.

Eligibility Requirements

To take part in the show…

  • You must be of 18 years of age or over from the date of your application for the show.
  • You must have the right to reside in Northern Ireland and be able to travel to any destination specified by the Production Company.
  • You or any member of your immediate family must not currently, nor in the past year, be an employee, officer, director or agent of Stellify, Sony Pictures Entertainment, any UK broadcaster or any associated/affiliate companies or otherwise connected with the Programme.
  • You must be in good health and be able to provide a letter from your GPs or other health professional to confirm this.
  • If required you must undergo fitness and psychological checks, and consent to us carrying out a background check against your name.

How information about you will be used

Data Protection Notice:

  • 1. Personal information which you supply throughout the casting process to Stellify Media (NI) Limited (“Stellify”) in respect of the project currently known as “Pretty Single ” (working title) (the “Programme”) about yourself (including but not limited to information about health and any previous criminal convictions) will be used in a number of ways, for example:
    • in selecting potential contributors to take part in and appear on the Programme, including, for the avoidance of doubt any pilot of the Programme and any series of the Programme>
    • to assess whether you are a suitable contributor in relation to the Programme
    • to safeguard your welfare during participation in the Programme
    • to develop, produce and publicise the Programmes and
    • (if you are selected to participate in the Programme) to broadcast and distribute the Programme and exploit all allied and ancillary rights including but not limited to video, DVD, online, books and magazines
  • 2. Stellify will not publish your address or contact details.
  • 3. You acknowledge that Stellify will need to share your personal data with co-producers, affiliates, group companies, insurers, the commissioner, the broadcaster, distributors, professional advisors and/or financiers. Your personal data shall be transferred to the United States of America and if Stellify makes further transfers of your personal data outside the European Economic Area it will use transfer mechanisms approved by the European Commission, including use of approved contractual clauses.
  • 4. Stellify will ensure that any information provided for the purpose of producing the Programme will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation.
  • 5. You have the right of access to the information held and used by Stellify. If at any point you want to update your contact details please email Stellify at casting@stellifymedia.com and Stellify will amend or remove your personal information from its records.
  • 6. Unless you specifically agree to be contacted by Stellify personal information will not be used for any other direct commercial purposes including direct marketing.
  • 7. You accept that where you have provided or given access to “Special Category Data” regarding yourself (being any information relating to racial, ethnic, political opinions or religious belief, trade union membership, physical or mental health matter, sexual orientation life, genetic and biometric data) Stellify will or may use this in the Programme or for the purposes referred to hereunder.
  • 8. You expressly acknowledge that for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (i) the Programme has substantial public and commercial interest; (ii) the terms and conditions of any agreement you sign in respect of the Programme together with this data protection notice documents the lawful basis upon which Stellify shall process your personal data, and (iii) the legal bases for the processing referred to in this notice for the purposes of GDPR are any of the following: (a) as referred to in para 1 and 3; (b) it is a legitimate interest of Stellify and the third parties referred to above, being the making and commercial exploitation, distribution and promotion of the Programme, for your personal data to be processed in accordance with this notice and the application terms and conditions which is not overridden by your interests, rights and freedoms;; and (c) for the processing referred to above, Stellify and/or the above referred to third parties will need to process your s personal data to comply with their legal obligations; (d) where documented that the Programme (incorporating your contribution) may exist and/or be archived as a record of your capacity and for the purposes of historical/ public interest.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application form in respect of the programme currently known as “Single Guy” (working title) (the “Programme”) you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions (please note that if you are contacted by the producer to attend an audition or interview, you will be required to sign a copy of this form):

  • 1) that you comply with the Eligibility Requirements set out in this application form;
  • 2) that if you are selected to participate in the Programme you shall abide by all the rules of the Programme (as may be amended or supplemented from time to time) and shall accept that Stellify’s decision(s) in respect thereof as final and binding (including all decisions by Stellify concerning selection of the participants) and you agree not to challenge or appeal against those decisions;
  • 3) that you have answered all the questions on the application form fully, honestly and accurately and confirm that you have not misled or attempted to mislead Stellify in any way as to your identity, experiences or in any other way. You agree to keep Stellify informed of any change to these circumstances or the information and/or data set out in this application form up to and including the date of the final transmission of the programme (if any). If you are found to have knowingly supplied inaccurate, misleading or false information, you understand Stellify will be entitled to exclude you from the selection process for the Programme, and if you have already taken part in the Programme you may be required to forfeit any benefit awarded;
  • 4) If you are shortlisted, you agree to complete a criminal convictions declaration form and authorise Stellify to conduct background checks to verify any of the information you have supplied and you agree to provide Stellify with any assistance or further information necessary to do this;
  • 5) that you own all rights in the photograph(s) and any other material(s) that you have submitted with this application form and that Stellify and the Broadcaster shall be entitled to copy, edit and/or otherwise use the same at their sole discretion for the purposes of making, selling, promoting, and exploiting the Programme and any other programme or promotional material connected with it in all media;
  • 6) that you will not discuss any information concerning Stellify, the Programme or your possible participation in it, with any other person or company, whether by means of discussion, letter, social media press and television interviews or otherwise, at any time without the prior written consent of Stellify;
  • 7) to be available at such times and locations as Stellify shall reasonably require;
  • 8) that Stellify has no obligation to produce the Programme and even if the Programme is made there will be no obligation on Stellify, or the broadcasters to broadcast it. You understand that Stellify may stand down any contestant at any time during the casting and/or production process. All decisions by Stellify concerning selection of the participants are final and you agree not to challenge or appeal against those decisions;
  • 9) that you have listed all your past TV appearances and will keep Stellify informed of any further TV appearances which you make after filling out this application;
  • 10) that if required you will complete and sign a contestant release form and/or agreement.
Stellify would like to retain this application form for use in producing other programmes.   Your refusal to grant Stellify such permission will in no way influence its decision as to whether or not you are selected for the Programme.
