Kieran is CEO & Co-Founder of Stellify Media with Matthew Worthy. Before forming Stellify, Kieran and Matt devised, produced, and executive produced formats including Secret Fortune, Take the Money and Run, Dara O’Briains School of Hard Sums, and five series of the magic and mentalism format The David Meade Project.
Previously Chair of The RTS NI and Chair of The RTS NI TV Awards, Kieran also served two terms as the PACT Director for Northern Ireland. Currently, he sits on the steering committee for The Belfast Media Festival and is also a founding member of the Media Therapy Group, the largest media networking group in Ireland.

Vikkie Taggart is Director of Operations at Stellify Media. She joined Matt & Kieran at the conception of Stellify in 2014 in a consultancy capacity before coming onboard full time in 2015. Prior to joining Vikkie served as director on the boards of Moving on Music & SENAC. Vikkie has also served on the Belfast Media Festival committee and recently served as Chair on the Royal Television Society NI. Vikkie currently sits as Head Judge on the Royal Televisions Society NI Student awards and continues to be actively involved in the student sector.
Jim is leading a Development Team with the simple task of creating the next big global hit.
He was previously Head of Popular Factual at STV Studios overseeing development projects while executive producing ‘Antiques Road Trip’ for BBC.
Sam is best known for his creation of the multiple-award-winning horror game show Release the Hounds, as well as other formats including Bigheads, Man v Fly, Hey Tracey!, The Great British Village Show, Who Dares Wins and Singing in the Rainforest. He has previously worked at Fremantle UK, Gogglebox Entertainment, the BBC, Shine and 12 Yard and ran his own label, Dr Pluto, for five years shortly before joining Stellify in 2022.
Alannah joined the team as Finance Officer in January 2022. Previously, Alannah achieved her bachelor’s degree from the University of Ulster and a Masters degree from UAL in 2016.
Zarina has been looking after Stellify’s Business Affairs since 2018 and has been a television production lawyer for over 10 years – at Sony Pictures Television and prior to that at ITV Studios.
Georgia joined Stellify as a Development Researcher in November 2020. She has previously worked at Boundless Productions, and on the talent schemes team at the Edinburgh TV Festival.
Stewart is the Digital Marketing Developer. He handles the online presence of Stellify. Stewart joined Stellify in 2017 as Junior Development Researcher and previously Stewart worked on various freelance projects while studying BA Hons Creative Imaging at Liverpool John Moores University.
Ali joined Stellify in May 2021 after graduating from BA Broadcast Production at Queen’s University Belfast. Previously she worked freelance in TV presenting and radio work.
Catherine joined Stellify as a Development Intern in July 2021. She is currently in her final year of university studying BA (Hons) Screen Production at Ulster University in Belfast. She previously completed a Level 5 HND in Creative Media Production (Film & TV) at Belfast Met and has worked freelance in TV.
Kerah joined Stellify as a Trainee Researcher in May 2021. She has recently graduated from BA Broadcast Production at Queen’s University Belfast and has previously worked at SARC Media Team.
Aimee joined Stellify in May 2022 as a Junior Graphic Designer. She is also currently in her third year placement at Ulster University where she studies Graphic Design & Illustration.
Kevin joined Stellify in 2022 as a Production Intern. Prior to this he studied and achieved an HND in Creative Media Production at North West Regional College in 2016, and has worked in production on various short films, feature films, and in animation.
Cate joined Stellify Media as a Summer 2022 Intern. She is a graduate from BA Film Studies and Production at Queen’s University Belfast. She is a filmmaker, with her most recent short documentary featuring in the Docs Ireland 2022 programme.
Kevin joined Stellify as a Development/Production intern in July 2022. Kevin recently graduated from BSC Cinematic Arts at Ulster University, Magee in Derry.
