Kieran is Joint Managing Director of Stellify Media with Matthew Worthy. Before forming Stellify, Kieran and Matt devised, produced, and executive produced formats including Secret Fortune, Take the Money and Run, Dara O’Briains School of Hard Sums, and five series of the magic and mentalism format The David Meade Project.
Kieran is PACT Director for Northern Ireland and also serves as Chair of The Royal Television Society in NI.

Vikkie Taggart is Head of Operations at Stellify Media. She joined Matt & Kieran at the conception of Stellify in 2014 in a consultancy capacity before coming onboard full time in 2015. Prior to joining Vikkie served as director on the boards of Moving on Music & SENAC.
Thomas Popay is the Head of Development at Stellify Media, he first joined the company at its conception - developing Can’t Touch This, In Solitary and Space Truckers amongst others. Prior to re-joining Stellify Thomas worked for ITV Studios and Chalkboard TV.
Judith Kinsella is a Producer at Stellify. Prior to joining Stellify Judi’s career has included running a post-production facility to casting on shows such as Tipping Point (ITV), Couples Come Dine With Me (C4) and Secret Chef (ITV).
Sarah Davies is the Operations Manager at Stellify Media. She joined Stellify in 2017 as a production secretary on In Solitary (CH5) before being promoted to her new role. Previously Sarah worked in the travel and tourism industry.
Jay Clarke is the Office Junior at Stellify Media. Joining Stellify in 2019, Jay previously completed a degree in BSc Music Technology: Sound for Media achieving a First Class with Honours. While studying, Jay worked as an Events Technician and took part in a number of short films and corporate video projects.
Heather Brown is a Development Producer at Stellify Media. Prior to joining Stellify, Heather worked in development for 8 years at ITV Studios, NBC Peacock Productions, Renegade, Remedy and Big Mountain Productions. Heather has developed and story produced shows including Dance Mums, Gino’s Italian Escape and All New Super Scary Plane Landings. Prior to working in TV, Heather trained as a Journalist and was a Magazine Editor.
Maeve McLoughlin is a Assistant Producer. She began her career on Aim High, the entrant training scheme for aspiring TV producers and has worked in companies such as Below the Radar, Salt Beef Productions, and Walt Disney EMEA.
Stacey is a Junior Development Researcher. She began her time at Stellify as the Development Student Intern and has remained on the team on a part-time basis whilst she completes her HND at Belfast Metropolitan College.
