Stellify Media was formed by Kieran Doherty and Matthew Worthy as a joint venture with Sony Pictures Television in 2014.

Kieran is CEO & Co-Founder of Stellify Media with Matthew Worthy. Before forming Stellify, Kieran and Matt devised, produced, and executive produced formats including Secret Fortune, Take the Money and Run, Dara O’Briains School of Hard Sums, and five series of the magic and mentalism format The David Meade Project.
Previously Chair of The RTS NI and Chair of The RTS NI TV Awards, Kieran also served two terms as the PACT Director for Northern Ireland. He is also a founding member of the Media Therapy Group, the largest media networking group in Ireland.

Vikkie Taggart is Director of Operations at Stellify Media. She joined Matt & Kieran at the conception of Stellify in 2014 in a consultancy capacity before coming onboard full time in 2015. Prior to joining Vikkie served as director on the boards of Moving on Music & SENAC. Vikkie also serves as Treasurer on the Belfast Media Festival committee, and recently served as Chair on the Royal Television Society NI. Vikkie currently sits as Head Judge on the Royal Televisions Society NI Student awards and continues to be actively involved in the student sector.

Since leaving Sony 7 years ago (where she handled Stellify’s business affairs), Lisa has been providing business affairs advice to television producers on a consultancy basis.

Tom Doyle-Wood
Tom joined Stellify in March 2023 as Development Executive. He has previously held senior development and production roles at companies including The Garden, BBC Studios and Twenty Twenty. Some of his previous commissions include Squid Game: The Challenge (Netflix), Emergency (Channel 4) and Alone (Channel 4).

Aaron joined Stellify in 2018 as a Junior Development Researcher and prior to working with Stellify he worked on corporate and promotional films.

Shannon joined Stellify as a Development Producer in October 2023 having previously been on the team as an NI Screen Aim High Trainee back in 2020. She has since held producing roles in development and production at Strident Media. Some of her commissions include Hunting the Catfish Crime Gang (BBC Three) and Celebrity Snoop Dogs (Channel 4).
